TRICOLORE: the Italian eMTB revolution signed by Moto Parilla
Today, after two years of research and development, Parilla motorcycle lets first look at TRICOLOR, the revolutionary enduro e-MTB that will be officially presented at EICMA 2022 in November. The most important world exhibition was not chosen by chance, given that in an even more evident way, TRICOLOR will present very strong influences of a motorcycle nature, including monocoque frame, single-sided swingarm (Single-Pivot), interchangeable seat post for different uses and the geometries of the motorcycle world that go beyond the classic triangular shapes.

It is a modular vehicle that allows you to vary the geometry of the bicycle using various devices developed by Parilla motorcycle that allow to fully satisfy the customer’s needs on off-road tracks or urban routes. In fact, the possibility of mounting different seat post frames, the variability of the suspension hubs, the interchangeability of different transmission systems and the possibility of equipping the vehicle with power-trains with a power exceeding 750 Watts make Tricolore versatile and performing everywhere.

Parilla motorcycle it has always meant ‘Made in Italy’. For this reason, the monocoque frame, the swingarm and all the other components will be made entirely in Italy, within a radius of about 50 km from the Emilian headquarters. Sophisticated materials such as carbon fiber, hemp fiber and aerospace aluminum will be used to ensure optimal performance, lightness and durability. The power train will also be Italian, thanks to the agreement with Polini, which will supply the model ‘Polini EP3 250 Watt’ able to guarantee all the necessary reliability and power, reaching a peak of 500 Watts and 90 Nm of torque. The bike is equipped with an 880 Watt hour battery capable of ensuring a range of over 100km. The braking system, suspensions and all other commercial components will vary according to the model chosen and the address of use.

An important look will also be given to the theme of ecological transition, thanks to the use of less polluting or recyclable materials. In particular, the hemp fiber, which will be used for the construction of non-structural components, will be totally recyclable thanks to particular natural resins used in the production process that will make it possible to completely recycle the parts at the end of their life.
