Where We Are Going...
First, we would like to thank everyone who took the time to fill out our survey about the website. Your thoughts and opinions on the site have given us here at the Ohio Capital Conference a lot of great ideas on what to do with the site going forward. We would like to congratulate Jeff Mullins who won our survey contest and as a result will receive an OCC Pass for the Fall of 2010.
Now, the question becomes: Where are we going from here? The answer is simple. We're moving forward with our effort to provide quality content for all the OCC schools. Our main focus at this juncture is standings, results, and schedules. Some have been frustrated by the lack of updates to these features, but going forward this issue will be addressed. We even have a new way in which the standings will be presented! The new standings and results will allow you to easily select between either standings or results, which division within the OCC you want to view and the sport. This design, combined with more frequent updates, will make the experience for visitors even better.

Another feature we plan on rolling out in the fall will be the OCC Game of the Week (or Featured Game). This feature will include news, photos, videos, and other unique content from one marquee game within the conference. Ideally we'll feature each sport in a season and try to include as many of the schools as possible.

Finally, we want to more fully flesh out each of the individual sport pages. Along with updated standings and results, each sport page will also feature updated news stories. This will better organize the content so fans don't miss news about their favorite school no matter what the sport. This aspect of the plan is coming soon and you should start to notice changes in the next couple of weeks.
Again, we want to thank everyone who took the time to fill out our survey. We'd love to here what you think of the proposed changes and additions to the site as well. Just use the contact us feature at the top of the page!
